Over the past month, school systems have pivoted to focus on creating emergency COVID-19 plans for immediate implementation for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Now, it is time to look forward by strategically addressing an evolving and unpredictable climate as state and local guidelines evolve. Bernadette Ball-Oliver, Executive Director of High Schools, participated in a forum presented by AASA, The School Superintendents Association, with other dynamic school district leaders to share next steps for developing a shared vision for re-entry into high schools.
AASA, The School Superintendents Association produces virtual events for virtual leadership training that are designed for school and district leaders to learn about topics related to managing districts under quarantine, staying connected to staff and students, implementing and ensuring quality distance learning and more. Congratulations to Mrs. Ball-Oliver for her selection to present during this event. See the recording here.
