The Savannah (GA)
Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, hosted an opening night reception for the
New Beginnings Art Exhibit Tuesday, February 22. The NBAE, now in its 21st year, has
provided middle and high school students in Chatham County an opportunity to
develop their fine art skills, complete in a juried competition and exhibit
their work in a public venue. The awards were presented to the artists in
The Ben Tucker Theater with Mayor Van Johnson, Dr. Ann Levett, and members of The
