New Sexual Harassment Protocol Adopted

​​​​​SEXUAL HARASSMENT PROTOCOL​

SCCPSS is dedicated to preventing and properly addressing instances of sexual harassment in our schools, events and programs.   

SCCPSS has adopted a new Sexual Harassment Protocol that specifies how the District will respond to information, allegations and formal complaints pertaining to sexual harassment.  

The Sexual Harassment Protocol has been drafted to ensure compliance with new regulations established under the federal law known as Title IX.
