The Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham will hold two public hearings on its Fiscal Year 2021 Recommended Budget on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The hearings will both be held in the Jessie Collier DeLoach Board Room at the Whitney Administrative Complex, 2 Laura Street. All citizens and employees are invited to attend and provide the Board with oral comments concerning the proposed budget. To get on the public hearing agenda, please call the Board Office at 395-5534 or email Mary.Davis-Brown@sccpss.com no later than two hours prior to each meeting. These public meetings will be offered per the COVID-19 guidelines for public gatherings as established by the Centers for Disease Control and the State of Georgia.
