When students return to in-person learning, there will be a few changes in the school day. Among them are safety protocols that include the disabling of water fountains in the schools. So that students can stay hydrated during the day, local businesses are sponsoring refillable water bottles for our students. Thursday, the Communications team tagged along as ServiceMaster of Savannah delivered their bottles to Garrison School of Performing Arts and Charles Ellis Montessori Academy. “At ServiceMaster of Savannah, our business revolves around helping the community through disasters; during these challenging times, supporting each other and our community is more important than ever," said Deidre Weiss, owner of ServiceMaster of Savannah. “We are proud to support the safety protocols of SCCPSS at both Garrison School of Performing Arts and Ellis Montessori Academy. We hope these water bottles ease the stress on both teachers and students, while keeping everyone safely hydrated!"
The bottles were accepted by grateful principals Aysha Parks(Garrison) and Tanya Melville (Ellis.)
The bottles were sourced by Ad Specialty Services.
