The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System recognized Shawn
Bulloch at this month’s board meeting as the Superintendent’s Student of the
month of October. Our featured student attends the STEM Academy at Bartlett and
is in seventh grade.
Shawn challenges himself both in the classroom and out. He has received awards for excellence in multiple subjects including math, computer science, and art. He is also involved in sports like cross country track, tennis, and basketball. He is a member of the Future Business Leaders of America and PLYGRND (PLAY-GROUND), a club for business and marketing.
When Shawn was asked what motivates him to strive for academic
success, he said, “Life after school motivates me to strive for success. I
always look towards the future and imagine what I am going to be when I grow
older. In order to have a prosperous future, I need a successful academic
reality, which is what constantly motivates me.”
We are proud to announce the Superintendent’s
Student of the Month for October 2018 is Shawn Bulloch! Congratulations to our
student, his family, and the faculty and staff of the STEM Academy at Bartlett!
