Three SCCPSS Employees Recognized as Health Care Heroes by the Georgia Medical Society

At the 18th Annual Health Care Heroes Awards Banquet earlier this month, three SCCPSS employees were recognize for making health care better in our community.  The three recognized include:

SCCPSS Lead Nurse Lisa Wilson, Juliette Gordon Low Elementary School Nurse Ja’net Nevels, and Pooler Elementary School Nurse Marla Danis.

The three were recognized as Allied Health Professionals, health professionals who are not physicians who have made significant contributions to health care in the community, above and beyond the expectations of their jobs.  All those recognized by the society are nominated by organizations or individuals.
