Health Care for the Homeless

​J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center is sponsoring​ a Health Care for the Homeless Clinics.  The clinics will be held from 9:00am-12:00pm.  In addition to regular services, the clinic will offer COVID-19 vaccinations and testing.  The clinics will be offered December 1st, December 8th, December 15, December 22, and December 29.  Please see the cover page of this article for locations.  ​
